Thesis title: "The Macrocyclic Landscape of Solute Carrier Transporters"

Thesis outline: The aim of the doctoral project is to incorporate different approaches, such are data mining and structure-based design, to acquire insight into the better interpretation of the interaction of macrocycles with the facet of the binding site and use that learning to assemble the novel macrocycles which will contribute to the deorphanisation of challenging targets. The doctoral project is the part of research platform “Next Generation Macrocycles to Address Challenging Protein Interfaces."
