Thesis title: "Towards tailored domain adaptation in drug discovery applications."
Thesis outline: Uday is a PhD candidate at the COMP3D research group. He holds a BSc in Chemistry and an MSc in Drug Discovery and Development. This thesis explores virtual screening and target prediction methods in the natural products space. We aim to investigate the ability to transfer chemical and biological information from the extensive synthetic compound data to the less abundant and distinctive natural product domain. This project is a collaboration with Dr. Willmar Schwabe.
