Thesis title: Design, synthesis and in-vitro evaluation of novel, non-viral, targeted theranostics in gene therapy

Thesis outline: My research focuses on the design, synthesis and in-vitro evaluation of targeted, theranostic nucleic acid carriers in gene therapy. It also covers ex-vivo validation of nucleic acid formulations in a transgenic mouse model.
