Thesis title: "Bacterial ghosts as immune-stimulating adjuvant to chemotherapy in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma."

Thesis outline: My thesis focuses on the evaluation of the immunostimulatory and therapeutic potential of bacterial ghosts. Therefore, in vivo studies will be conducted using a murine, syngeneic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma; ex vivo studies will be conducted on patient material. The goal is to develop novel potential therapy regiments.
