Below are some examples of summer or winters schools that may be of interest to PhD students in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Nutritional Sciences and that can be recognised with ECTS.
PhD students in Sport Science are asked to check with their supervisors before attending a summer or winter school in their area of research whether they can obtain ECTS for these external achievements (see curriulum).
Rethinking Global Health - Circle U. Summer School
- The Summer School will offer a unique environment of exchange between academics and students on a variety of topics reflecting the diversity of the challenges and opportunities of Global Health. Health inequalities from an individual to a global perspective, vulnerable populations, gender issues, NGO’s perspectives, transition from colonial medicine to planetary health are just a few examples of the topics that will be addressed. New this year, artificial intelligence and other novel technologies in Global Health will also be covered. More here
