ECTS acceptance from mentoring of master theses, congress attendance or extramural lab visits (with relevance to your thesis topic), rough guidelines
- 2 ECTS: attendance of an (inter)national scientific meeting (duration: five full days)
Required documents for acceptance: congress flyer and certificate of attendance
- 4 ECTS: first author presentation of own data at an (inter)national scientific meeting in form of a poster or a talk
Required documents for acceptance: congress flyer, certificate of attendance and abstract
- 2 ECTS /week stay in an extramural lab (promoting the progress of your thesis project)
Required documents for acceptance: description of performed activities / experiments and confirmation letters host and supervisor
- 2 ECTS: active and significant support in supervision of one master thesis (max. 6 ECTS in total/PhD). Required document to be completed and signed, according your dissertation area:

Doctoral candidates with nutritional sciences and pharmacy as their field of doctoral research have to complete achievements comprising 20 ECTS credits.
