PhD student (Praedoc) position in the field of long noncoding RNAs at the Clinical Pharmacy Group of the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences

  • For our new project, we are looking for a highly motivated young scientist to join our group as a PhD student (Praedoc). In this project, we seek to identify the molecular and physiological function of a novel mammalian lncRNA in tissue homeostasis and tissue regeneration using mouse models and cell-based systems together with modern molecular biology and next-generation sequencing techniques including single-cell RNA-seq.
