Data Management Course, 10-11 October 2023

Learn how research data management can improve your research and save you time. This course will give you easy tips to help keep data organised and discuss ways to make your work more visible.

Has your data developed an oppositional identity? Could you use some help bending it your will? Do you like cookies?

The workshop provides a comprehensive overview of essential principles and practices of research data management. You'll learn about data organisation, documentation, data management plans, metadata, data sharing, data security, data archiving, legal and ethical issues. We'll also cover FAIR principles and open science.

A combination of an online self-study course and two interactive half-day workshops will teach you how to effectively manage research data throughout the entire research lifecycle. The online self-study module will be accessible from September 20th.
