Participating in the ÖGMBT Annual Meeting 2025 in Innsbruck was a very valuable and inspiring experience for me. It was my first time giving a short talk at a scientific conference, and it provided an excellent opportunity to present my research to a broader audience and receive constructive feedback from experts in the field.

Preparing and delivering the talk helped me to improve my communication skills and to explain my work more clearly and confidently.

In addition to the scientific sessions, I really enjoyed meeting other young researchers, exchanging experiences, and learning about different research approaches and potenial collaborations. The friendly and open atmosphere made networking easy and motivating.

Overall, attending this meeting was a great learning experience that strengthened both my scientific and personal development. I am very grateful for the travel grant that made my participation possible.
