In the course of the Phytotherapy Congress in Bamberg, Germany, on 16 June 2023
- Thomas Göls has been awarded the "Nachwuchspreis der Gesellschaft für Phytotherapie" for his thesis "Spruce balsam (Picea abies) as a wound healing agent - isolation, identification and analysis of major constituents and their pro-migratory effect on keratinocytes". Thomas completed his PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences in October 2022.
- Martina Redl received the 2nd poster prize for her poster "Implementierung von semiautomatischen Messgeräten zur Austestung von Naturstoffen in C. elegans". Martina is a PhD student at the Division of Pharmacognosy of the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences.
