  • Location: either at the Campus of the University of Vienna or the UZAII.
  • Registration via u:rise unil 1 June 2026.
    First come, first served, but PhDs in their final stage will be prioritised.

Programme

  • 09:00 - 10:00:  Pre-session and Q&A session

    • To guide you through the steps of completing your studies, from writing your cumulative thesis to assigning the thesis reviewers, and uploading and defending it.
  • 10:00 - 17:00 (with breaks): Job Application Training

    • Making Impactful First Impressions. Refining your presence for a memorable introduction.
    • Clarifying your Interests and Aspirations: What do YOU really want?
    • Role Plays - Job Interviews: Delivering compelling messages, handling questions, process and salary negotiations.
    • Follow-up: Handling pushback and planning next steps.
