The Directorate consists of the director and vice-directors who serve as DSPL (Dokorats-Studienprogrammleiter) and vice DSPLs, respectively. They are elected by the panel of principal investigators (PI panel) for a period of two years with the possibility of renewal. The director and vice-directors present the three major subjects, resp. pharmaceutical, nutritional and sport sciences.
The Directorate are the main representatives of the school within the faculty, university and the outside world and are responsible for making and executing final decisions related to school issues. They will ensure the continuation and development of the PhaNuSpo doctoral school as well as oversee all affairs related to the organization (such as student admission, budget negotiation and decision), and ongoing activities related to the PhaNuSpo doctoral school.
The Steering Team is composed of the directorate, three faculty members of PI panel and three student representatives (overall 3 from Nutritional, 3 from Pharmaceutical and 3 from Sport Sciences).
The team discusses and plans the use of the budget, the strategic orientation of the school, upcoming events, meetings, prepares annual reports/evaluations and is responsible for compliance and conflict conciliation.
