Thesis title: "Interactions between antioxidants and oxidative stress"

Thesis outline: The topic of my doctoral thesis project is to explore the interaction between oxidative stress, potential antioxidants and lifestyle changes. I will use samples from several human intervention studies which are focusing on antioxidative foods/food compounds and different lifestyle interventions in various population groups.
