Thesis title: "The role of metabolic shifts for natural product-induced immunomodulation - Focus on Mass Spectrometry"

Thesis outline: My project assumes a causal role of altered cellular energy metabolism for immunomodulation by selected natural products. The link between natural products and its macrophages response / change on the molecular level and its connection to the immune response are of high interest and will be investigated using different -OMICS techniques.
