Thesis title: "Molecularly controlled mRNA vectors as breast cancer therapeutics"

Thesis outline: My thesis focuses on the development and evaluation of nucleic acids for cell specific activation and investigation of their effect on the expression of reporter and therapeutic proteins. Primer design, in-vitro transfections, bioluminescent and fluorescent imaging as well as Western Blot analysis will be performed to develop a potential novel therapy.
