Thesis title: "Development of nanoformulations for the delivery of prime editing ribonucleoproteins"

Thesis outline: My research project focuses on developing a delivery system for prime editing ribonucleoproteins (PE-RNPs), a highly precise genome editing tool with therapeutic potential. By optimizing formulation parameters and comparing different biomolecular formats, we seek to enhance intracellular PE delivery. Additionally, we will compare various prime editing strategies and other genome editing systems and assess the adaptability of our delivery system to enhance genome editing efficiency.
