Thesis title: "Identifying and dissecting health promoting natural products for healthy ageing in Caenorhabditis elegans"

Thesis outline: As a multipurpose tool for the identification of health-promoting agents from natural sources, the project aims to identify and target the molecular mechanisms underlying ageing and related pathologies by means of the in vivo model organism Caenorhabditis elegans, chemoinformatic tools and target-oriented, cell-based assays.
