Thesis title: "Development of Machine Learning-based Methods for Virtual Screening with
3D Pharmacophore Models"
Thesis outline: Daniel Rose has started his PhD in June 2023 as part of the Christian Doppler Laboratory for Molecular Informatics in Life Sciences. His focus are Machine Learning Algorithms and Data Science in the field of Cheminformatics. He had joined the Langer Group for his Master’s Thesis, where he worked on Machine Learning Methods with Pharmacophores. Daniel holds a Master’s Degree in Chemistry from the University of Freiburg, and a Master’s Degree in Computational Science from the University of Vienna.
