Thesis title: "Development of Computational Methods for the Study and Prediction of Xenobiotic Metabolism"

Thesis outline: Roxane started her PhD in December 2022 as a member of the Christian Doppler Laboratory for Molecular Informatics in the Biosciences and the COMP3D group. She holds a master’s degree in organic chemistry from the University of Freiburg im Breisgau, and a master’s degree in computational science from the University of Vienna. Her research focuses on developing machine learning models for the prediction of the metabolic fate of small organic molecules.
