Thesis title: "Development and application of machine learning approaches integrating protein structural and ligand information for target prediction"

Thesis outline: My thesis focuses on improving the accuracy and efficiency of target prediction. The aims include: (i) applying machine-learning based methods for structure-based approach and (ii) integrating protein structural and ligand information to expand chemical and target space coverage of the prediction.
